baby phat is one of the most popular hiphop brands for ladies and is designed by former model kimora lee. with nicely cut tops, jeans and sneakers the label provides for its female fanbase everything from top to bottom. the beginning though was not that impressive. one t-shirt in 1998. that’s how it all began. it was a phat farm t-shirt with the print of a cat on the front – which today is the label’s logo. the t-shirt was sold out immediately and the women’s line of phat farm grew and grew until it could stand on its own feet and became an independent branch.
