I did not win. When will the PayPal reservation be cancelled?
After 72 hours at the latest.
Once you have received the loser notification, it will take a maximum of 72 hours for the reserved amount to be cancelled. If after 72 hours the reservation has still not been cancelled, please contact our customer service with the transaction code from PayPal and the e-mail address you provided in the raffle form.
