Ordering

  • NEW ORDER

    As soon as you have completed your order with us, you will receive your order confirmation with your order number via e-mail. Tip: Don't forget to check your spam folder! If you can't find the order confirmation there either, please contact our customer service.

    If you placed the order as a registered customer, you can also find your order in the order history of your customer account.

  • CUSTOMER NUMBER

    Your KICKZ customer number consists of 8 digits. You will find your customer number in all mails from us, which refer to your orders. This includes, for example, order confirmations, the shipping confirmations and invoices.

    You will also find your customer number on the delivery and return slip enclosed in your KICKZ package.

    If you can't find your customer number, feel free to give us the order number or eShop number.

  • CANCEL ORDERS

    Please contact our customer service for a cancellation!

    To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your order will be sent to our warehouse and processed as soon as possible after the order is placed. You are welcome to contact our customer service team to request a cancellation, but please note that a cancellation is only possible in rare cases. If a cancellation is no longer possible, you can simply return the order and we will refund you upon arrival at our warehouse."

  • CHANGE ORDER

    After the successful completion of your order, unfortunately, details can no longer be changed. This also applies to the selected size of an item.

    If you notice your mistake in time and report it to our customer service, we might be able to cancel your order. In this case, you will have to place a new order after the cancellation.

    CHANGE OF ADDRESS

    Address changes, like cancellations, are only possible in rare cases, as in all likelihood the order has already been processed. In case of an address change, please contact our customer service team.

  • RESERVING ITEMS

    Once you proceed to checkout, the items in your cart will be reserved for 30 minutes.

    STORE PICK-UP

    Alternatively, you can reserve your desired product in one of our stores and pick it up if available. The reservation in our stores is valid for 48 hours.
