SHIPMENT TRACKING

How can I track my package? Check your delivery confirmation. As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive the shipping confirmation with your tracking code via e-mail. You can then use the tracking code to track your package on the courier's website.

REFUND

If your payment was made by credit card, PayPal or instant transfer, it will be automatically refunded to the payment method originally used after the return has been successfully booked (not delivered!).

Please note: refunds usually take 14 days.

RECEIVING RETURNS

Please note that even if the package has been delivered to us according to the delivery tracking, it does not necessarily mean that your return has been processed. It may take up to 10 business days after delivery for the return to be checked and ultimately accounted for. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your return has been booked by our warehouse.

REDEEMING VOUCHERS

Both vouchers and discount codes can be redeemed at checkout in the PAYMENT step under ""Choose your payment method"". By clicking on the REDEEM button, the respective discount will then be applied to the present order.

SUCCESSFUL RAFFLE PARTICIPATION

After you have entered all the required data, selected a payment type and completed the registration, your participation in the raffle will be confirmed on the registration page. In addition, you can check your PayPal account to see if there is a reservation from us.
