Order delivered but not received
My order was marked as 'delivered' but I have not received it. Where is it?
Check your tracking number to see where your package is.
If the shipment is marked as delivered, please check the following:
- did a family or household member receive the shipment?
- was the item delivered to a neighbor?
- was the parcel delivered to a post office?
If none of these points apply, please contact our customer service.
