How do I complain about a faulty item?

Please send us an e-mail.

Please send us some photos of the defect and your order number via e-mail. We will take a preliminary look at the defect and get back to you with the next steps. If you bought the item in one of our local stores, please contact one of our stores with the item and the receipt. Unfortunately, it is not possible to process your complaint via the online store if you bought it offline.
