Kickz Return Process Step One

Step 1: Place all return items in the box in their original packaging with their labels intact.

Step 2: Fill out the return form and put it in the box along with your return items.

Step 3: Attach the enclosed return label to the outside of your package.

Step 4: Also, attach an envelope containing the original invoice on the outside of your package.

Step 5: Send the items back to us within 14 days of receipt.

Step 6: Upon receipt of your return, we will refund your amount in the original method of payment.

  • REFUND

    If your payment was made by credit card, PayPal or instant transfer, it will be automatically refunded to the payment method originally used after the return has been successfully booked (not delivered!).

    Please note: refunds usually take 14 days.

    Please return each order separately and make sure the correct return label is attached to the package.

  • RECEIVING RETURNS

    Please note that even if the package has been delivered to us according to the delivery tracking, it does not necessarily mean that your return has been processed. It may take up to 10 business days after delivery for the return to be checked and ultimately accounted for. You will receive a confirmation as soon as your return has been booked by our warehouse.

    The return period for orders is 14 days, starting on the date of receipt of the order.

    The following items are excluded from returns: Underwear, Socks, Compression Shorts, Trading Cards & Stickers.

  • RECLAIMER

    If your ordered item should show any damage after the return period, which is not due to everyday wear and tear, please send us a few photos of the defect, a short description and your order number via e-mail.

    We will take a preliminary look at the defect and get back to you with the next steps. If you bought the item in one of our local stores, please contact the store with the item and the receipt. Unfortunately, it is not possible to process your complaint via the online store in this case.
