The history of the streetwear brand hall of fame started in 2007 with the opening of the Kendo sneakerstore on Fairfax Ave in Los Angeles. In the beginning, the founders just wanted to specialize in fitted caps but soon Vladamir Borges, Arsen Salainjants and Greg Johnsen decided to develop and produce own designs. Graphic tees, tank tops, jackets and more are now part of the brand's repertoire. The recipe for their design is simple: the best elements of American pro sports and streetwear with a pinch of humor.
