With the Adidas Superstar, this shoe is probably one of the classics of hip hop and especially of the B-boy culture: PUMA SUEDE CLASSIC ECO . In opposition to the Adidas shoe, the Puma sneaker is even more decent and its design clearer. It is not for nothing that the legend of basketball and style Walt “Clyde” Frazier went on the court with those shoes. And he was so successful that Puma made one of the first signature basketball shoes out of the Suede Classic Low: the Clyde. The Puma Suede Classic was even seen on DJs, writers, MCs and of course on B-boys and Girls and ballers. First of all, It became a sneaker icon thank to its stylish shape. In the current third production cycle (since its presentation in 1968), the Puma Suede still has its suede upper and a brand new innovation: a very environmentally friendly PVC-free sole.

Brand information: puma

In 1924 the two brothers Adi and Rudolf Dassler started manufacturing sportshoes. With a lot of effort they developed sneaker, which were exactly tailored for the needs of their athletes. Jesse Owens won four gold medals at the Olympic Games of 1936 wearing a pair of those Dassler shoes. But a few years later the two brothers went separate ways. In 1948 Rudolf Dassler founded Puma, which in later years would be primarily successful with football shoes. At the end of the 90s however Puma set the course for the new millennium. As the first sport equipment producer Puma worked together with a fashion designer – which turned out to be no one less than Jil Sander. Today the brand stands not only for high quality sport shoes, but also for extravagant lifestyle and ultramodern sneakers.
