Which basketball shoes do NBA players wear most? Find out here!

We’re just about at the halfway point of the 2022-23 NBA season, which has featured an onslaught of offensive talent. 40 and 50-point games are the new norm and we even got to witness a 71-pointer by Donovan Mitchell.

The question is, which shoes are NBA hoopers rocking while putting up these ridiculous numbers?

That’s what this top 10 list is all about. But first, let’s check out these fun facts:

  • Montrezel Harrell continues to be the player to switch up his shoes most often, with 34 different pairs rocked so far during his 42 games played. He wore 53 pair last year, so he’s on pace to beat his personal record.  He’s trailed by Tyrese Haliburton and P.J. Tucker at 17 pairs each.
  • No surprise here, Nike continues to dominate the NBA sneaker landscape. 66% of NBA minutes played are in Nikes. Adidas is second in the competition with 11 percent, followed by Jordan and Puma.
  • Up-and-comers like New Balance, Converse, Under Armour, Anta, and the innovative basketball performance brand Li-Ning round out the rest of the top 10 basketball shoe brands of 2023.
