Wrong or faulty item
I received a wrong/faulty item. What am I supposed to do now?
First of all, we are very sorry this happened.
We realize this is very annoying and we would like to assure you that this is absolutely not the KICKZ standard. Please contact our customer service immediately via e-mail and kindly attach pictures of the wrong/faulty item. We will then discuss the matter internally and get back to you as soon as possible with further procedures.
