Countries & Delivery Fees

If your ordered items are delayed or cannot be delivered, we will inform you immediately. You can then:

• Wait for the delivery or

• Cancel your order

If delivery is not possible, both parties can terminate the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded promptly.

In case of a return from outside of Germany there could be additional costs for shipping or customs.
