SUCCESSFUL RAFFLE PARTICIPATION

If you have successfully participated in our raffles, the amount provided will only be RESERVED but not yet debited from your account.

This way we can ensure that if you win, a reliable payment is made and your new dream shoes reach you quickly.

RESULTS

Participants in a raffle will receive an email announcing the result within 24 hours of the end of the last raffle day.

If you win our raffle, your order will be processed automatically and will arrive soon.

If you don't win, the PayPal reservation will be cancelled within 72 hours AFTER the results are announced. If the reservation is still active after these 72 hours, you can contact us using our contact form.

Please note that the cancellation of the PayPal reservation will not be shown as an inflow of money in your account. Therefore, check whether money has actually been debited from your account.

INCORRECT INFORMATION AND RAFFLE PARTICIPATION

Completed Raffle registrations can no longer be changed, unfortunately. This concerns especially the shoe's size.

If you made a mistake when entering your address, we can try to change your address if you win the raffle. However, you will have to let us know as soon as possible, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the change will come into effect.
