SUCCESSFUL RAFFLE PARTICIPATION

After you have entered all the required data, selected a payment type and completed the registration, your participation in the raffle will be confirmed on the registration page. In addition, you can check your PayPal account to see if there is a reservation from us.

RESULTS

Raffle participants will receive an email within 24 hours AFTER the last day of the Raffle, informing them of the result.

If you have won the Raffle, your order will be processed automatically and will arrive soon.

If you did not win, the reservation at PayPal will be canceled within 72h AFTER the announcement of the result. After these 72 hours you may contact us via our contact form if the reservation is still active.

Please note that the cancellation of the PayPal reservation will not be displayed as incoming funds in your account. Therefore, please check if there really was money deducted from your account.

PAYPAL RESERVATION

With the successful participation in our Raffles, the designated amount is only RESERVED but not yet booked from your account.

This way we can guarantee reliable payment in case you win and make sure that your new shoes reach you as soon as possible.

INCORRECT INFORMATION AND RAFFLE PARTICIPATION

Completed Raffle registrations can no longer be changed, unfortunately. This concerns especially the shoe's size.

If you made a mistake when entering your address, we can try to change your address if you win the raffle. However, you will have to let us know as soon as possible, otherwise we cannot guarantee that the change will come into effect.
