GOOGLE PAY AND APPLE PAY NOTES

If you cannot use Apple Pay or Google Pay, the following reasons may apply:

• You are using an Android device (Apple Pay is not supported here)

• You are using an Apple device (Google Pay is not supported here)

• Apple Pay or Google Pay are not properly set up on your device

In this case, go back to the checkout and select a different payment method.

WHAT IS "MASTERCARD SECURECODE"?

Safer Shopping Online

“MasterCard SecureCode” works in a similar way to Verified by Visa and serves as an authentication method for even more secure online purchases.

As part of the payment process, we send a request to the bank that issued your card. This opens an input window in your browser in which you must enter a personal security code, the MasterCard SecureCode. Only you and your bank know this code. The security query takes place without interruption as part of the payment process and is completed within a few seconds.

You can shop conveniently and quickly while enjoying the latest security.

No software download or installation is required for the SecureCode query, which means you can make MasterCard SecureCode payments at any time, anywhere in the world, and on any computer with Internet access. To use MasterCard SecureCode, you should have the latest version of your browser installed. The computer should also comply with current security requirements and not be a publicly accessible (e.g. Internet cafes or similar).

The use of SecureCode via SmartPhones is not yet supported.
