GIFT CERTIFICATES

Vouchers can only be redeemed during the checkout process in our online shop. Retroactive redemption is not possible.

To enter a voucher code in your shopping cart, you must first provide your email and address details. To apply a voucher, enter the voucher code in the designated field during checkout and click "REDEEM". With a valid voucher code, you will now see both the voucher discount and the remaining purchase price of the items in your cart. (Note: The order has not been completed yet!).

If you enter an invalid voucher code, you'll see the message "Voucher Code Invalid" above the voucher field. The voucher code could not be applied.

To complete your order, click the "Continue" button and provide all required information on the following pages. Please note:

Only one voucher can be used per order. Vouchers cannot be combined. If the voucher amount doesn't cover the total cost, you can use any available payment method for the remaining balance. Orders cannot be placed if the voucher value exceeds the order value. No "overpayment" or remaining balance vouchers are possible.

REDEEMING VOUCHERS

How to redeem your voucher:

• Go to "Shipping and Payment" during checkout

• Click "add a voucher" in your order summary

• Enter your code and click "Apply"

CONDITIONS

As a rule, a voucher can only be redeemed if the value of the order exceeds the minimum order value. If the order value is below the respective country minimum order value, these cannot be processed.

MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES

It is not possible to redeem more than one voucher per order.

NEWSLETTER SUBSCRIPTION VOUCHER

Please note that the newsletter voucher is only valid if the following conditions are met:

• The value of goods exceeds 100€

• The item is not a release or a raffle

• The item is not on sale

FORGOT TO ENTER THE CODE

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified.

If the order has not yet been processed, we will gladly try to cancel it so that you can place a new order and use your discount code.
