Ordering

NEW ORDER

After placing your order, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your order number. Important: Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox. If you still can't find the confirmation email, don't hesitate to contact our customer service.

As a registered customer, you can always find your order in the order history section of your customer account.

CUSTOMER NUMBER / ID

Your KICKZ customer number consists of 8 digits. You can find your customer number in all order-related emails from us:

  • Order confirmation

  • Shipping confirmation

  • Invoice

  • Delivery note

  • Return label

CANCEL ORDERS

Once you have completed the order process, your order will be forwarded to our warehouse immediately and processed there so that it can be dispatched as quickly as possible. You are welcome to contact our customer service to request a cancellation. Please note, however, that cancellation is only possible in rare cases. If cancellation is no longer possible, you can simply return the order to us and we will refund you the amount after the return has been received at our warehouse.

CHANGE ORDER

After the successful completion of your order, unfortunately, details can no longer be changed. This also applies to the selected size of an item.

If you notice your mistake in time and report it to our customer service, we might be able to cancel your order. In this case, you will have to place a new order after the cancellation.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

Address changes, like cancellations, are only possible in rare cases, as in all likelihood the order has already been processed. In case of an address change, please contact our customer service team.

RESERVING ITEMS

Once you proceed to checkout, the items in your cart will be reserved for 30 minutes.
