COURIER SERVICES
DHL and SevenSenders serve as our primary shipping providers.
Additionally, our primary shipping partners work with locally specialized service providers. You can find a detailed overview in our country and shipping costs overview.
COUNTRIES & DELIVERY FEES
Shipping costs within Germany are β¬4.90 shipping and postage costs! Shipping and return shipping within Germany is free for orders over β¬69.00! Shipping costs to Austria are β¬4,90. Delivery is free for orders over β¬69.
If your ordered items are delayed or cannot be delivered, we will inform you immediately. You can then:
Wait for the delivery or
Cancel your order
If delivery is not possible, both parties can terminate the contract. Any payments already made will be refunded promptly.
If delivery is not possible, both you and Kickz have the right to terminate the contract. If you withdraw, Kickz will immediately reimburse you for any payments you have already made.
DELIVERY NOT POSSIBLE
If you're not home during delivery, the package will either be redelivered or stored at a nearby pickup location.
To track your package's delivery status, simply click on the tracking link provided in your confirmation email after your package has been shipped or check your tracking status here.
Important: If you instruct DHL to leave your package at a specific drop-off location, we cannot be held liable for any loss.
PROBLEMS WITH ORDERED ITEMS
SHIPMENT TRACKING
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Alternatively, you can check your shipping status here directly using your order number.
ORDER NOT RECEIVED
Your package is marked as delivered, but you can't find it. Here's how you can investigate:
Check who received your package using your tracking number here.
Ask your neighbors if they accepted it
Visit your nearest post office
If you still can't locate your package, please contact our customer service
THE PACKAGE WAS RETURNED
If your package was returned to KICKZ by the shipping carrier, please note:
Returned packages are automatically refunded upon receipt. For technical reasons, we cannot resend the same package. If you still want these items, you'll need to place a new order.
